- Does it reply automatically without me?
- Only if you turn that on. The default is that you approve each reply. Most owners approve for a few weeks, then decide.
- Which platforms are covered?
- Google reviews today, through your connected Google Business Profile. Other platforms are on the roadmap; we would rather do one properly than list five badly.
- What happens with a genuinely angry review?
- You get alerted, and the draft is written to acknowledge rather than argue. Those are the ones worth handling personally, and the alert exists so you can.
- Can I still write my own?
- Always. The draft is a starting point, not a lock.
