Customer audience

One customer list, built from what already happens.

Everyone who leaves feedback, chats on your site, or comes in from an import lands in one list, ready to be sent something worth reading.

Included in the one plan. No credit card during the private beta.

Demo data. Buddy Boy Barbecue is a fictional business.

Without Yorvana

  • Names in a notebook, a spreadsheet and a POS export
  • No way to reach last year's regulars
  • A birthday club you keep meaning to start
  • Sending everything to everybody

With Yorvana

  • One list that fills itself
  • Segments that mean something: lapsed, VIP, birthday
  • Ready to send to, without an export step
  • Yours, and portable
01

It fills itself from the rest of the product

A feedback respondent, a chat visitor who left an email, an imported POS list. They arrive in the same place without you maintaining anything. A customer list only works if keeping it current is not a chore.

02

Segments you would actually use

Birthday this month. Lapsed sixty days. Top ten percent by spend. These are the three that drive nearly every small business campaign, so they are built in rather than something you construct with filters.

03

It stays yours

Import what you have, export what you build. We do not sell or share it, and we do not hold it hostage to keep you subscribed.

What is included

  • Automatic capture from feedback and chat
  • CSV import from your POS or spreadsheet
  • Birthday, lapsed and VIP segments
  • Feeds email and SMS campaigns directly
  • Export at any time
  • Consent tracked for SMS

Questions

Where do the customers come from?
Feedback responses, chat conversations where someone shares an email, and any list you import. Nothing is bought in or scraped.
Can I get my list out?
Yes, export whenever you want.
How is SMS consent handled?
Consent is tracked per contact, and opt-outs from an inbound keyword are honoured before anything else happens on that message.
Is there a contact limit?
No. The plan does not meter customers.

Customer audience is one of twelve.

Every one of them is in the same plan.
